Welcome to Chrona. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before submitting an order request. By submitting an order request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Order Types & Payment Policies
Chrona offers two ways to request our products: In‑Stock Orders and Pre‑Orders.
1.1. In‑Stock Orders
These are items currently available in our inventory and ready for immediate dispatch.
Payment: Chrona does not process payments directly on the website. Once your order request is submitted, we will contact you to arrange secure payment.
Accepted Methods: Cash or Bank Transfer (details provided upon confirmation).
Confirmation: Orders made via Bank Transfer will only be processed and dispatched after payment has been confirmed in our account.
1.2. Pre‑Orders
These are items not yet available in our inventory, currently sold out, or special‑order items.
Payment: A non‑refundable deposit of 50% of the total product price is required to secure your pre‑order.
Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance is due upon notification that your item has arrived and is ready for pickup or delivery. Failure to complete the final payment within a reasonable timeframe may result in forfeiture of your deposit and cancellation of the order.

1.3. First‑Come, First‑Serve Policy
All Chrona watches are exclusively secured at the time of purchase. We do not reserve items, accept installment payments, or hold products for later payment. Availability is strictly first‑come, first‑serve.
2. Product Availability
All orders are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties or if products are no longer in stock after an order has been placed, Chrona reserves the right to inform you about substitute products of equal or higher quality and value. If you do not wish to order the substitute products, we will refund any payment you have already made.
3. Delivery
3.1. In‑Stock Orders
Delivery will be scheduled promptly after your order is confirmed and payment is secured. We will coordinate the delivery schedule with you directly.
3.2. Pre‑Orders
The Estimated Date of Arrival (ETA) for pre‑ordered items depends on the shipping schedule of our courier. While we can track the package, we cannot guarantee the exact arrival date due to potential delays beyond our control (e.g., shipping company issues, natural disasters, customs clearing).
Notification: You will be informed via your provided contact number or email once your pre‑ordered item arrives.
Lost Shipments: In the rare event that an item is lost during shipment to us, we will refund the full amount you have paid for that item.
4. Cancellations
Once an order is submitted and the required payment (either full payment for In‑Stock Orders or the 50% deposit for Pre‑Orders) is made, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled or exchanged for other items or services. All confirmed orders are considered sold.
5. Price
All prices are subject to change without notice. However, once your order has been accepted and confirmed by Chrona, the price for that order will not be changed. The total cost of your order is the price of the product(s) plus any applicable delivery charges and sales tax.
6. Risk and Title
The product(s) will be at your risk from the time of delivery or pickup. Ownership of the product(s) will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due, including any delivery charges.
7. Returns
Due to the premium and curated nature of our products, returns are only accepted if items are defective or incorrect.
Condition: To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Process: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
8. Warranty
All Chrona watches include a 6‑month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Coverage: This warranty applies only to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Exclusions: Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
Process: To claim warranty service, please contact Chrona directly with proof of purchase. If approved, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
